The school I went to, CC fees would be well over $1 million per year, that's about 8 teachers salaries for the year..

They can't just absorb the costs !
Well they could
All the data is online somewhere including the extra staffing levels of not an insignificant amount
That said, it’s rare for a public school to have the wellbeing centre or swimming pool or rowing clubhouse

They have the triple whammy going on though

With the parent income levels being included since the Turnbull Govt days they have lost funding
And with the CGT / family trust minimum 30% changes there’ll be a further round of lost funding as parent incomes will be higher seeing this set of parents are high income earners / recipients of the generous 50% CGT and the previously untaxed 50% capital gain will now be part of taxable income.

The loss of FF points for these parents is the major concern, as well as cash flow..
🤣 Yep pretty sure the points loss is the main worry for those parents.

Not sure parent FF points should really be a concern for a school. Even non-gov schools are still often majority government funded (except the uber-expensive ones).
