Australia has high inflation because most people don't shop around, they just blindly pay whatever's asked

Which allows greed/exploitation to be masked under the technical term "Inflation"

A recent survey showed that Sydney has the second highest cost of living in the world. Only beaten by Hong Kong. No wonder discretionary spending has fallen and has had a negative effect on the hospitality sector.
I don’t blame them for using this as an excuse to raise prices.
