Can't do OLCI

Have fight SYD-PER-SYD tomorrow with confirmed upgrades in both directions...will not allow me to do OLCI..Is this a regular occurrence with upgrades maybe? Have called customer service and they are not sure what the problem is! Any ideas?
 
Just see if the Call Centre will check your seat...it happens sometimes with On Line Check In (OLCI) Enjoy !!
