Can't book rewards from Dubrovnik or Split

Hi, putting together a OWA for Sep and Oct 26. I can book Y flights from LHR to DUB or SPU, but can't book the other way around. Is there an issue with these ports or is it a matter of calling the call centre?

You’ll probably need to call.

Check availability by searching LHR-XYZ (return) for availability.

Another trick is to multi-city 1) SYD-MEL, 2) ABC-XYZ.

As has been noted above, there are ways to check availability online.

However, if there isn't anything suitable ex DBV or SPU, I'd suggest taking Flixbus to ZAG, where there is often a lot more availability, I've done it myself recently.
