What OS and what browser are you using? I cant get through on Mac OS with Safari or Chrome

It might be timing. I got through last night, but it wouldn't work later...
I suggest trying the call centre, as availability online doesn't reflect what they can see!

try downloading a new browser. It's painful but I've had the problem where it would let me in Firefox but Chrome would, or Firefox would be giving errors until I deleted the firefox profile and retried it.
