Can't book QF code shares to Guangzhou (CAN) on QF website

Is it just a qantas.com.au thing?

I've tried booking to Guangzhou (CAN) on qantas.com.au . Guangzhou is not even in the city list... Yet up to 2 x QF code shared flights/day from MEL alone fly there it seems.

I can't find CAN on the QF site either. However, by using an aggregator like KAYAK, it will give you a link back to qantas.com.au with the right codeshare flights.

Thanks. It does work. And once linked back to book.qantas.com.au you can (after some playing around) change dates and so on.

So, just another issue with qantas.com.au?

I think so. It's pretty useless if you ask me.

Guangzhou is now showing on a Qantas home page ad as a "New Destination". I thought it had been available for some time ...

Unfortunately Guangzhou is still not in the main booking city list.

Click on the ad and you get here:

Cheap flights to China | Flights to China | Qantas

then click "book flight" and it takes you to Shanghai.

But if you choose "View all specials and travel dates" you get there (to book Guangzhou that is)!
