Cannot Purchase Jetstar Excess Baggage

I am booked on Jetstar international and have more than 50kg luggage to check in. Can I pay for the 10kg excess? The website won't let me pay extra.

You have hit the limit of how much they allow to be pre purchased. Anything over the 50kg will need to be paid at the airport per kg and this gets expensive fast $20 per kg for domestic and $30 per kg for international flights.

Might be able to add 7kg to carry on if they give you the option to increase like they do for domestic.
