Purchased travel insurance for my Scoot flight 2 nights ago (flight's on Friday) and decided to get a better insurance deal that has industry discounts. I managed to cancel the AUS insurance (for OOL-SIN) but the Singapore insurance policy (SIN-SYD leg) isn't able to be cancelled apparently (according to the lady on the phone).
Does this sound right, or does it in fact have a cooling off period, even if it's Singapore based?
Thanks!
