Cancelling J Flight

If i need to cancel a (paid) J flight, can I get it refunded to my credit card if I do it via qantas.com or only by telephone?

I have the suspicion that online only holds it as a voucher....

OK, two bookings. One warned about "credit coucher".

Other said refund to CC so went ahead and did it - and then a credit voucher was created!! Grrr.

Call to QF, Credit voucher being refunded to CC.

When new travel dates confirmed I might just credit voucher the other one and then use to book new dates.
