Hello all,
quick question as surprisingly never had to do this before, except long before becoming a QFF.
Booked MEL-SIN-HND-SIN-MEL in J on a full flex QF for September. Now, not confirmed yet, but its looking like I won't be able to use them. Considering changing the dates to early next year and if I can, that's not an issue.
But, my question, if I have to cancel the ticket, is the refund issued as a voucher, as the QF site seems to suggest. Or is it refunded to my CC used to book the flight? I would have thought normal practice would be to the CC, but I was just reading the QF site and it suggests as a QFF (PS) that it would be as a voucher. (i know the QF site is not that awesome as an info resource too)
So has anyone experienced this and how it plays out. Not too fussed, but would prefer a refund to CC over a voucher? And that's what I would have assumed would happen TBH.
Thanks in advance,
Boca
