Hi everyone

so we have a flight from Sydney to Armidale and back booked with Rex, but plans have changed and travel will be on different dates.

The fare class is Community which is described as absolutely no changes or refunds.

Any tips on how I might extract anything out of Rex, or is the $325 down the plughole? I do plan to tell them the ticket won't be being used, so they will be able to sell the seat again.

If they'll give even a partial refund, we may book with them again, otherwise it will be drive or train (rather than taking the same risk again).
