Can you pay Citibank CC at Aust Post with Eftpos?

can anyone confirm please, am I able to pay a citibank credit card with eftpos like Amex cards?

ive been asked to pay a relatives card, theyve given me a printed statement, it says you can pay at Aust post, but there is no barcode?

with amex the barcode is ONLY on the original printed statement and not on the pdf statements

you need the card -- you present the card, enter pin and you're effectively "depositing" directly onto the card -- you can also do live balance enquiries too.

I have been trying to pay my city credit card account at post office but it has no barcode and when l put in the card it says not accepted I have never had any issues paying it before this and always pay cash and don’t do any online banking so I don’t know how i am going to pay it so can someone please help me
