Can the Etihad chauffeur picked service be booked for the night before?

Have a return LHR departure booked for a early morning flight. Has anyone had any luck booking the chauffeur service for the night before to stay at an airport hotel? I'm thinking it won't be allowed, but would like save a $100 on a black cab.
