Hi All
I generally try to use my miles to redeem business or first class trips.

I came across a post that mentioned Award Nexus. You seem to have to pay upfront. I generally like to try things before I commit, even though Award Nexus has money back guarantee.

has anybody had positive or negative experience with this program?
Regards

I've used Award Nexus to help book two round the world award bookings (one with One World airlines and the other with Star Alliance airlines). I have found it pretty powerful, user friendly, reliable and economical. I think I paid about $150 for the relevant credits, have performed countless searches and have heaps of credit remaining. I'm not familiar with the competitor products to Award Nexus but would definitely pay to use it again.

Hope this helps.

Award Nexus is useful for searching for those hard-to-find award seats, although you do have to pay per search - even if the search brings up nothing.

Overall though I find it to be good value and it saves a lot of time. But it doesn't do anything you couldn't do yourself (albeit manually and taking a lot longer).

AwardNexus had helped me to look for unusual routes/airlines (ET, for example).

It's fast, accurate and relatively cheap.

Happy to keep those credits ready for rainy days when my son wants to go to ... say Africa !
