Can Amex supplementary card holder access plaza premium lounge?

Yes. The terms in the AMEX app say "Platinum Card Members (and supplementary Platinum Card Members ) are entitled to complimentary access to the Plaza Premium Lounges..."

I used mine in Singapore at the end of the year and my wife used her supplementary card for herself and the two kids without any issues.
