Cambodia Visa... More than 30 days?

All Cambodia visa's that I can see, whether given on ground at arrival, or apply in advance are 30 days. We would love to get 50-60 days as we would like to have a good look around with the intention of retireing there late 2027. Can we extend either a Tourist Visa, or a E Visa whilst in Country?
