Call centre bouquet

I called on the Qantas call centre to assist me with a long multi city 280K booking.
My research via Qantas was correct but the information via the BA site was not.
The CSO Karen did a great job of sorting through a vast number of alternatives/conflicts to come up with a booking that satisfied our criteria.

Those 280K awards can be tough to book, so having a competent employee answer the phone makes a big difference.
