So I've booked an international flight on QF and entered my Qatar Privilege Club FF number, but struggling to find how many Avios points I will earn on my flights.

Does anyone know where I can locate this info, please?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Oh, great, thank you.

This raises one more question.

Where on my QF booking do I see whether I have booked Economy Y, B, H, K, L, M or V?

Qantas does a great job at hiding this, unless I am blind :)

I can see "Economy (O)" on my booking, but this doesn't marry up with the above options.
If your booking class is not listed on the PC calculator then unfortunately it won't be eligible for Avios earn. The "Economy (O) means it's an Economy Sale fare.

Looks like you can only earn Avios on Economy Saver and Flex fares.

Go to Manage My Booking, select the flight, and look under 'flight details' . It should give the fare bucket letter next to the travel class:

I found availability on AA's Advantage website for Qatar business ( Adelaide to IST) one way. The taxes is $100 (USD). However, the exact same flight ( with availability ) on Qatar's PC website shows taxes for $359 (AUD).
Can someone explain to me why the massive difference in taxes ?

Each airline charges different amounts of points and taxes/fees for reward flights. The taxes/fees differ because some airlines pass on charges like fuel surcharges to reward ticket customers, while others do not.

In addition to the above answer, to compare, you also need to calculate how many AA and QR points are required to get to that final figure and how much each one of those points is valued in real dollar terms.
