Business class meals in economy (SK)

Came across a post reviewing a SAS (SK) service for ordering a J meal while travelling in Y. If this was available on flights I do, I'd definitely order these.

Are there other airlines offering this?

Given that a J meal (hell even most F ones) isn’t as good as a $40 restaurant meal, I‘m with you.

J is about space & sleeping, few other perks are worth $.
