Has anyone seen this before....?

I’ve got the last sector of a one world award coming up tomorrow. This is the only sector on Qantas.

Passenger 1 has been able to select meals correctly however passenger 2 has a note that says “meal selection is not available as this passenger does not have a confirmed ticket”.

I’ve been trying to chase it up via Qantas’ somewhat variable social media team, however they don’t seem to know what to do. One of them said it’s a “known issue” and they reissued the ticket which would fix it “within a few hours”, however it hasn’t.

They’ve assured me (for all their assurance are worth) that a ticket exists, however nobody seems to have a clue how to fix the meal selection issue.
