British Airways will launch later this year an on-board internet service for business class passengers travelling from London to New York.


Customers will be able to send texts, emails and access the internet in-flight.

Depends how it's implemented. I remember Cathay introduced email sending a while ago and it really does suck.

I'm almost certain that this was announced awhile ago,I seem to remember posting a thread some time ago about BA not including lounge access for J passengers at LCY when the service starts and I'm sure it was mentioned in the article I posted the link to.
So it's funny that they would promote it now when they had ample opportunity to do so then.
