I agree, whenever I fly Virgin, I use the Valet by default. Its so much easier and quicker. Above points noted are fair and I agree with all

I also note VA's post no 35 where they agreed to look at FF points. That was a year ago, so they are certainly taking a long look

I think they have had a few distractions in that time.

I've been using it too. The points earn would be be good and I'm surprised that hasn't happened yet.
