Hi all,

I’m in Brisbane for work for a single night in a couple of months and have never actually been before.

Looking for the best restaurant to go to - thinking equivalent of Quay in Sydney, Vue de Monde in Melb, or Magill Estate in Adelaide. What’s the Brisbane equivalent for fancy dining / degustation these days?

Thanks everyone!

Not sure it is the best, but I would like to put forward Montrachet.

It's French food, not the height of molecular gastronomy, but based on classic French. They don't seem to have matching wine set with their degustation (which I didn't mind as I rarely drink, but understand that's quite important to many others).
