I am entering this hypothetical here rather than either the individual airlines to reach a wider audience. I am short xx_ miles on krisflyer for an award. I have excess QF miles.
I can transfer QF miles to the other party who then uses say AMEX points transfers into my krisflyer account.
I am not sure if the names on the Amex and krisflyer accounts need to match but if they dont can this be done?
