BPay problems @ QF

Just a heads up for any one who has used BPay to pay for a ticket on the QF website in the last few days. There has been a major hitch with the QF system, so tickets that you may have paid for (during the required time frame) are not registering, and you may be getting a cancellation email for the booking; QF are manually sorting out and issuing the tickets:shock: Just trying to sort out a couple of tickets that I have BPayed: one for myself and the other for my parents. An absolute pain...may I suggest paying by credit card until the system is fixed:idea:
 
Comm Bank had a major Bpay outage on Monday and Tuesday.

One of my bills paid early Tues morning didn't go through until last night.


Would this be what caused your QF problem?

The payments clearing system in general in Australia has issues the last few days.

Wish QF would allow direct deposits, its one part of JQ that works well!
