My local BP got bulldozed in the past few weeks

Our cycle is fairly regimented currently with one or two that do break it in the middle with a lower price. It has been creeping up slowly but Monday is our low price currently.

I do use the 7-11 app to lock in a decent price if I can't fill up on a Monday.

Essentially you pre-purchase an amount of fuel locked in at a certain price. They scan the voucher the app spits out when you go to pay for the fuel at the servo.

I have only used it at the Madeley/Wangara servo, but it's been very simple so far.

What happens if you buy 60L on the app and fill 50L?

1) it's a once off voucher - the credit is returned to your 7-11 account

2) the voucher pays for 60L at the hedged price, you pay for the remaining 10L at the current price

I agree that their network is limited at the moment, but they do seem to be popping up fairly quickly

BP have withdrawn their offer to purchase the petrol station portfolio of WW. Looks like the BP/Velocity relationship may still have some legs yet, even though that was officially terminated almost one year ago.

At least for the time being, we are still able to earn QFF from WW petrol still exist.
Sometimes I dont need the temptation to do a whole shopping expedition at a full WW store, but just need to keep my QFF account alive.
