purchased what i thought was bose noise reduction earphones in nyc early aug. before i flew to england. sold to me as the real deal by shop.

only to discover when i looked on web at ba terminal, jfk, they weren't. they cost us$345 with tax and yest. @ bose store sold for abt. us$165.

explained situation to bose salesmen and they've told me to bring them in name of store today and they will report to bose as they were sold to me as the real noise reduction.

When I bought mine from the Bose shop in BNE it came with all the plugs. The Charger is adaptable with the plugs sliding on and off according to the need of the socket for where ever you are.

Cheers
