Booking WS Award flights with QFF points

I am searching for WS flights within Canada using QFF points and see I can book flights on routes like YVR to YYC for 10K points and YUL to YVR for 20K points with a lot of flight choices available. I am also looking at flying YYC to YYG and YYG to YUL but YYG (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island) is not recognised on the QFF website. Has anyone had experience of being able to book Westjet flights with QFF points over the phone to destinations that don't show when searching on the QFF website? I will call and ask but reading about people sometimes being given incorrect information by staff at some of the call centres I thought I would ask here first.
