Booking services eg the corporate traveller - any good?

I have started using pay.com.au and they sent an email with an invitation to use a service called thecorporatetraveller.com.au. Wondering if anyone has used any services like this. They seem to suggest an "official" partner of Amex - not sure what that means - and can access travel not using reward points.

Wondering if they services have a "secret back channel" that they can access and users can't

Follow up question - services that book points redemptions what can they access that I can't by looking up myself
