I'm keen to fly Qatar Airways to Europe via Doha next month but the flight is not showing on the Qantas website. However, the flight is available on QA's website.

This is a known issue. Qatar Airways often releases 4 award seats per flight in J, but Qantas only shows 0 or 1 seat on QR's flights to/from Australia. The Qantas call centre does not have access to additional inventory in this case.
