Booking not appearing in my desktop Qantas account

I have a trip to NZ in March and returning in April.
Seperate bookings. I could not see the return booking on my desktop but it appears in the app.
I went to manage my booking on the desktop and added APIS and this seems to have added that booking to m,y trips.
However the outbound flight has dropped off. Any polite suggestions for this?

Agree with @justinbrett - ticketing issue would be most likely cause. Also worth confirming that your FF number is linked to the booking that's not visible online.

I have the booking reference numbers, confirmed and seats allocated for both trips.
Have you also received two e-ticket itinerary emails subject "Confirmation and E-Ticket Flight Itinerary"? You should have two e-ticket numbers starting with '081' (different to the booking ref).

I had a fully ticketed one world classic flight award inadvertently cancelled by a Qantas agent.

It’s detailed in another thread so I won’t take this one off topic.

However, disappearing sectors and differences between what the app and desktop displayed was the first signs of trouble.

May not be the case here, but my advice @ausfox is to call and ask for the ticket numbers to be read out to you and for them to be sent via email as a first step.

It depends on when they were booked. If they were booked in the last 24 hours you’re not going to achieve anything. You’ll spend however long on hold only to be told it hasn’t been ticketed yet, and to wait until it does. No agent is going to expedite this for a trip nearly 6 months away.

I don’t think there’s anything to be concerned about.
