'Booking' lounge access with Priority Pass?

I have 'Priority Pass' lounge access (with Citibank Prestige credit card). A lounge I wish to use (Santiago) has to be pre booked (limited numbers). I can see no way of doing so online without paying the full amount and no facility to do so using my membership. Wondered if anyone else has experienced similar and any suggestions welcome.

Some lounges have been turning away Priority Pass members recently in favour of more profitable directly booked customers. You could try directly contacting the lounge, but unfortunately this sort of situation isn’t unheard of.
