Hi, anyone done this before?
Looking Beijing to Harbin with Air China. How to find out the cost of miles and make booking?

Does CX partner with CA, looking at their website it may only be for certain routes. I also had a look at QF and it looks like Harbin is now harder to book, if at all (errors returned). It was once easier as in 2018 I had booked x2 J rewards (QF and MU) and also a revenue flight.

Thanks @Matt_01 that makes sense.

there is availability using KF to book Air China but think the point requirement is high at 13,500 for economy one way. Dont think they do J award though. Might have to just do it and book through KF
 
I just checked my records as I had to book revenue in 2018 to travel HRB-PEK (could not get rewards) in 2018 the flight in J was around AUD300 per PAX, not sure what the prices are like now. My recent experience booking revenue Chinese domestic (any carrier) it was very expensive (full J) but around 4 weeks out the flight cost dropped dramatically, from memory it fell from around AUD2400-2800 to $300.
