Booking advice - post midnight flight

Has anyone had any experience with a 12:30am flight and whether it is possible to pay for a super late check out (9pm) or just book the next night.

Ask the hotel if they do day use rates - these will often get you a 6pm or 7pm checkout.

Okay that may be a better option then, I need to be at airport by 10pm so 3 hours isnt too bad.

We have a 2220 flight in 5/52.
I checked with our preferred hotel for their day rates.
Yes, can do 1400 - 1900, non refundable, pay upfront.
Have booked an overnight stay instead, fully refundable for $18 more @Haplo with Accor ALL perks eg welcome drinks and possibly earlier check-in.
