I had to cancel a flight and now have a credit towards future flights.

With the credit new flight(s) must be booked through Guest Services.

Does anyone know what the premium / fee is for booking over the phone is as opposed to booking online? .... Or is the same as the Internet fares as this is a credit??

I'm guessing one cause is that they will sale at standard rates and not at any listed sale rate... Though could be wrong.

It is a credit. I did it today. No $15 guest centre fee because it gets calculated as an internet fare.

I got a credit after being bumped because of ash last year. There was no fee to make new bookings, which had to be done via phone. It all went smoothly.
