Book the cook - Lobster Thermidor from Adelaide or Singapore?

Hi all, any idea if the Lobster Thermidor on flights from Adelaide or Singapore will be of the same quality? Do SQ has different catering company or quality control from different country?

Admittedly the late flight back and being half asleep could skew my answer - but yes. Found both of similar quality on a flight last month. Although the meal ex ADL was huge to the point the FA made a comment she'd not seen one that big ever.
