Book codeshare qf5143 on flight mh124 using qf points

Is it possible to book an award flight using my Qantas points on codeshare qf5143. I can't see it as an option.
Looks like I can only book the mh124 option.

The reason I want to book the qf codeshare is to ensure that as a Qantas club member I'll be able to use the lounge in Perth. (The aspire lounge I believe).

Award flights almost always book into the prime flight not codeshare. Not sure about the Qantas Club but AI seems to think you can use your Qantas club for lounge access.

Hopefully someone more helpful will come along soon... Just don't bet on booking the codeshare.

Aspire lounge is mh lounge for status pax ex per.
But as @John82 said it is very rare to book a codeshare Reward. If it's not available online, I would assume it doesn't exist

As noted, MH awards and indeed most awards issued by Qantas (other than those on TN and SB?) are on the prime codes. If you want to access the Aspire lounge, it's $52. International Aspire Lounge Pass @ PER Perth T1 | LoungePair
