I have always ben able to book partner awards check them on line then call back and pay for the taxes.
this morning I got a guy who would not hold under any circumstances.
I asked for supervisor and got a Roselle who refused to hold the booking:evil:
I always do this to make sure names are correct and flight are in the proper class. the other day thank goodness I did as the person booked the totally wrong times so I was able to change without penalty.
I understand that a partner can take back the flights
I accept that.
why are sing air so hard to deal with?
black and white
no flexibility whatsoever.
do any of you have problems with getting them to hold the bookings?

I think their website and process does mention that Partner awards do need to be ticketed immediately.

I have always asked them to email me the itin, let me read it, "It sounds complex, can I please see it via email". This I believe requires them to put the ticketing window onto the booking....and now have three days to ticket.

..... but they are quite flexible with redemptions on their own metal.
