I think they have. That or the counting mechanism is broken (which is equally likely for VA). Received my 105 SC dated 31st of March and processed on the 8th of May but allegedly haven’t earnt any SC since the 23rd of April. Which suggests to me they’re being backdated to the 31st of March.


The “upgrade to platinum,” counter shows that actual total, including the 105 bonus sc, which further aligns with them being backdated. Hopefully that means I’ll go back to WP after losing it yesterday.

Given there's a processed date as opposed to an "earned" date of 31 Mar 2026, I reckon it'd be pretty coughty if they didn't base their assessment on the earned date. If these were base SCs earned from flying, rather than bonus SCs, then there wouldn't be an issue.

I'd be mightily miffed if I'd gone out of my way to use this promo to get/maintain status, only to be foiled by the slow crediting. Sure the T&Cs said one thing but last night, Woolies had credited bonus points individual to me, and converted them to QFF, by the time the payment went through.

I’m glad I’m not the only one waiting on these SC. I’m expecting 170 across mine and my husbands account and got nothing so far.

Got my 45 SC this morning. Now to see whether it counts for my maintaining Gold (I hope not as I don't need them to maintain), or to the 2026-2027 earning period ...

Max was 125 after 6 flights.

The flights that count should have got 10 points. Seems to be how they marked them as eligible. Did you get four flights with 10 points?

Nope, only 1 flight got 10 points, the other 3 didn't get any, but I only got credits for 3 eligible flights, so not too sure what is happening.

3 of my 5 received the bonus 10 points but received the correct 105 SC. I’m guessing because 2 were taken before the promo was opened to everyone. Not just business flyer.

I got my 125 status credits last night, with an activity date recorded of 31 March. Perhaps that means I won't get downgraded after all? I'm currently mid-way through the review period.

Even so, this was such a poorly executed promotion. I hope Velocity thinks of something better next year, rather than just repeating this promo yet again.
