I managed two family accounts successfully but the third keeps getting rejected because the details don't match Velocity's. Like you Steve, I can't see anything that doesn't match. :confused: I think I've about exceeded the time I'll spend for 1000 points though.
 
Mine was rejected twice, and then finally successful this morning. Entered exactly the same details each time. Weird.

I have only received confirmatory emails for the adults so far
 
Mine was initially rejected because of differing emails. ...tbh all this effort for 1000 pts is really not worth it!

Slightly off topic but I pay my bills (AGL, SydWAter and Rates) that don't have AMEX option but have PostBillPay and select Paypal option then select AMEX as my pref credit card. I have Westpac AMEX and I get 3points per $1 wooohooo :)

Took me three tries to be successful I spelt my name in all capitals as that is the way it shows up ion the Velocity site
 
I thought I'd completed this but received no acknowledgement email. Checked and ran through the steps again and got confirmation within 24 hours. Now to wait for the points to credit and change it back maybe?

I don't think I'll change back, I look at my balance and transactions online, not really sure what the value of the statement is.
 
Received my 1000 bonus points today from this promotion :). All round pretty quick and painless!
 
Got mine as well, just 5 days after applying - easy 1,000 points really.
 
Did mine 3 days ago.

One lot posted.
Another bounced but on checking the email address in the Velocity account it was different to what I used. So have now re-submitted.
