This has kinda been asked and answered in a previous thread by someone with QF Gold which is now locked. I'm gonna ask it slightly differently. Recently took an Oz QF domestic flight with my wife, she with JL JGC Premium (Emerald) and me QF Bronze. Booked & travelled together. I noticed we both had priority boarding group 1. I'm assuming this is due to her Emerald status we both got priority boarding?
Thanks crew.

Curiously, the points have not hit my account for these flights (25 & 26 December), do you know how long they normally take?
Assuming FF number is attached to the booking

QF Flights: hours to days
Partner airline flights: hours to weeks
BP: hours to days
QF shopping: maybe 1 month

@rogsamsy sometimes not all OW airlines do this and in my experience JL has been offender and may have changed their rules over the past few years. As an example when flying domestic in Japan (international connection or booked with JL direct) x2 OWE and a NB (our daughter) on the same PNR when in Japan (2014/15/16/17/18/19) our daughter was always allowed to board with us. In 2024 due to our daughters status she was not allowed to board with us and was told she had to wait, not a big issue I just boarded with their HL and my wife and daughter boarded when it was my daughters turn. In 2024 this happened on OW-OW connections and also with direct JL domestic bookings.

Sometimes issues can occur if the booking airline does not push through the correct FF info, it has happened to my wife and daughter when booking via QF rewards (my account) for them. Sometimes their info was pushed through, other times it was not. It has also happened to me but knowing the OW a quick call to the operating carrier normally sorts things out as they just add the FF number to the booking and everything just works.

I am not picking on JL, we have also run into issues with AA, CX, QR and BA. IME carriers will look after their own first which is to be expected.
