I have been holding out to see how my next week is in the hope I could make it at least for a drink, but it's turned out pretty ugly, so I doubt I'll even be able to make it for that. Have fun all.

As I'm about 72 hours out I have confirmed the booking for 11 people. At this stage that doesn't include you. There appears to be plenty of availability when searching online but of course, one more person on the table bring with it an 8% extra charge on the total bill

Perhaps they can seat you nearby but on a separate booking so as to not run afoul of their policy on the night. If there are any other members wishing to attend, we may have to make a separate booking.

In any case, see you for drinks.

Leave booking as is for now. May head back to office for a few hours as this week is a hectic week. Hospital appointment Monday, drinks Tuesday and leaving early Thursday to start annual leave.

Mick O'Malley's (usual spot) at the usual time (though I'll probably be there slightly later, around 18:30.

Usually it's 18:00.

I can be there any time as I live close by so if anyone plans to arrive earlier than 18:30 I'm happy to join.

Darn! Can't find Mick O'Malley's on Amex shop small. The Grand Central hotel is on the list though.

Haven't been to the Grand Central for ages. That would make a nice change for drinks and just as close to Jamie's Italian.
