It appears to be some sort of welcome survey but does not appear to be targeted. All 4 family accounts (recently joined Diamond Club) received the email but a friend who has been a member for a few years did not receive the email but I was able to complete the survey for him.

All that is needed is Diamond Club number, email address and answer 6 very easy questions.

Note so sure.

These used to be lucrative and I have built up 70K at BMI through similar.

However recently it appears that BMI now data-match all replies and unless your emailed, points do not post despite successfully completing surveys etc.

That's right, you can do the surveys, but don't end up getting the miles.
