Until Sunday you can pickup the Blackberry Playbook for under $300 at Harvey Norman.
Went and bought the 32Gb version on Fri night.

sweet 7" tab, wifi only plus tethering ability, hdmi out for export of vids to hotel tvs, good inbuilt stereo speakers. update of firmware in next month to bring native email - at present only via bridge to blackberry or internet email but gmail particularly works well. appstore somewhat limited but access to android apps meant to be coming in the next update.

I'm thinking of picking one of the 64GB model up before my next trip and getting the TRS refund but my 30 days won't start until early November.

Hopefully a similar deal is still around then.
