The placement of the dunny roll holder in inaccessible places you cant reach from the throne...
 
In Hanoi once the hotel rooms had an odd choice for window.. inside the shower cubicle... that opened directly out into thin air... a dozen stories high :) It was a surreal experience to be in the nice warm shower but lean out into... the outside... watch the world go by :D
