Current 8% off promo at cashrewards is back but there's been quite a delay in processing my order - odd for a business day

Interesting. Shows as "Payment Pending" for me in the my account section of the EGC portal. Wonder if Amex are asking questions.

I thought my memory was correct...

Cashrewards offered 10% off Big W egiftcards in Dec 2015. So the current 8% while pretty good is not the biggest discount ever.

Gee Big W's sales results must be looking bad I suspect.

I was shooed away from doing it by a self-checkout supervisor: "We're not allowed to do these at the self checkouts anymore, gift cards don't work here"

n.b. I had not specified payment method
