I don't really care what hours they work

I just want the sale to start and the details of it

Are people sure there will be a sale on?
Could just be extra overtime and that's it!

Nope - It was just a rumour!

As per the original post "I have heared a rumour that QF tele staff have been offered unlimited Overtime next Tuesday. Could this point to a big sale coming?"

So no-one has any idea really, but I don't see the need for extra staff costs if there is nothing big happening..

We'll find out in a few hours :D

2for1 sale is my guess.

SQ have discounted J and F fares to Europe for travel next year.
NZ, VA, UA and DL all have discounted fares to the USA in J for travel next year.
These airlines have basically a 2for1 sale, with fares around $6000-$7000 each for a return in J!

QF are the only one without a real J sale, from all reports seats up the front are not filling still. So I am sure they would take $6000 each instead of $0 each at the moment to fill an empty seat up the front!

I am staying up til midnight to see if anything appears on the QF website, if not I'll jump on here first thing in the morning or get the newspaper.

Qantas currently have a 2-for-1 Business sale ex-Frankfurt, it's been going on for a couple of weeks.

Maybe it will be later in the afternoon, normally I get e-mails about sales late afternoon...

I haven't managed to leave home to get that newspaper yet... The joys of working from home

Anyone have a newspaper handy?

Any adds ?
