I am enquiring whether anyone has had the misfortune to attempt to deal with BHN Rewards (was Rybbon) when chasing down RED Energy referral points. I had two referral credits earlier this year and these people are apparently the organization that handles the provision of points towards QANTAS.

You would think that the system would have been really simple and I presume it has historically worked well as no one has complained of not getting their referral points in the various Red Energy threads. But they have been a terrible ambassador for RED.

Generally, the answers take about a week and I am pretty sure they are AI-generated as they all have the same text pretty much. Either that or, based in India, they have little ability or language to deal with issues. (It feels like dealing with the OWA Call centers recently!, except there is no-one to actually talk to.

Here is just one example that took exactly a week to get a reply to the following question that hadn't been answered in the previous answer a week before!

It has been enough to not ever refer RED again. I will be contacting them on Monday but am curious whether anyone has had similar experiences...

Thanks!
