Better BNE DRW direct flight times. Tiger take old slots.

Happy days .... Just went to book a regular flight from BNE to DRW on VA to find a new decent schedule has just come into play.

New
BNE to DRW direct VA449 departs 09:30 daily
DRW to BNE direct VA454 departs 14:05 daily

Tiger have taken the slots doing the old BNE 20:45 depart and DRW ungodly 01:15 depart (I think daily but TBC) ..... they can keep them.

I would have preferred an earlier departure and later return, always did like the 5PM MEL flight ex DRW for that reason.

Something like 0630 to DRW then maybe a hop across to CNS and back, then back to BNE.

Definitely good news, the poor timing on the DRW-BNE route was the main reason I've only flown VA once in the past 2 years. The Tiger flights might be good for a Jetstar Price Beat seeing they're only scheduled 10 minutes apart.
