Mrs GPH booked (at my Mothers request) a "cheap" China Airlines flight. (BNE-AKL)
she wasn't having the easiest of days and clicked on the first reference to the airline, and ended up with " Bestjet" she missed adding some information to the booking. with no spare time to sort it, she punted the task to me.
I then tried to add the info, on line.
well that's an interesting experience, no service levels to speak of, no contact phone number, no response to my email. pretty poor form all round IMHO.
so i did some digging (clicked on their own Facebook link) the first (and majority of) posts are complaints about lack of communication from bestjet.
I eventually called the airline concerned and sorted the problem. BUT bestjet.....bestjet my ar*e .
so give this lot a wide berth
